These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you continue to access or use any of the Services provided by Allum, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.

Nothing contained within these Terms shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, franchise, fiduciary or similar legal relationship between you and Allum. Your use of the Services is solely as an independent customer or visitor and no provision of these Terms shall grant you any ownership rights, authority or legal interest in Allum or its business operations.

By continuing to use the Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have entered into this Agreement voluntarily, without coercion and with full understanding of your rights and obligations. You further agree that these Terms shall remain binding upon you for as long as you access or use any part of the Services provided by Allum, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions set forth in these Terms.

Access to and use of the Services provided by **Allum** is subject to the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms. By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, purchasing products or otherwise using the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all applicable eligibility criteria and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

The Services are intended solely for individuals who are legally capable of entering into enforceable contracts. By using the Services, you confirm that you have attained the minimum legal age required under the laws applicable to your place of residence or that you are accessing the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian where such use is legally permitted.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may browse the Services; however, you may not create an account, submit personal information, place an order, complete a purchase or otherwise engage in any transaction without the express supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian. In such cases, the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for all activities conducted through the account and agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor.

You further agree to promptly update such information whenever necessary to ensure its continued accuracy. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed orders, failed deliveries, restricted access to the Services, suspension of your account or cancellation of pending transactions.

Allum reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify the eligibility, identity, age or authority of any user at any time. Such verification may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, payment verification, business documentation or any other information reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, ensure account security or verify ownership of an account. Failure to provide the requested information within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension, permanent termination, cancellation of orders or refusal to provide Services.

You shall not access or use the Services if:

• You are prohibited from entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law.
• You have previously been suspended, restricted or permanently banned from using the Services by Allum.
• Your account has been terminated due to fraudulent activity, abuse, policy violations or unlawful conduct.
• You intend to use the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful or unauthorized purpose.
• You provide false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information during registration or while using the Services.
• You attempt to impersonate another individual, organization, government authority or business entity without authorization.

Allum reserves the absolute right to determine user eligibility at its sole discretion. Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services, acceptance of an order, approval of an account, participation in promotional campaigns or continued availability of any product or feature.

Certain Services, premium features, loyalty programs, promotional offers, memberships, limited-edition collections, business partnerships, affiliate programs or special purchasing opportunities may be subject to additional eligibility requirements. Such requirements may include geographic restrictions, age limitations, purchase history, account verification, payment verification, invitation-only access or other conditions determined by Allum. Where additional eligibility criteria apply, they shall be clearly communicated and shall form part of these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that eligibility requirements may vary based on your country, state, region or applicable legal jurisdiction. Certain products or Services may not be available in all locations due to legal restrictions, shipping limitations, regulatory requirements, supplier agreements or business decisions. Allum shall not be liable for the unavailability of any product or Service in any particular jurisdiction.

Allum reserves the right, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, to refuse access to the Services, reject registrations, cancel accounts, decline orders, restrict purchases, limit product quantities or terminate user access where it reasonably believes that a user does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, has violated these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, poses a security risk or where such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws or protect the legitimate interests of Allum, its customers, partners or employees.

By continuing to use the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms, that all representations made by you are truthful and accurate and that you shall remain responsible for maintaining your eligibility throughout your use of the Services. Any breach of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, cancellation of pending orders, forfeiture of promotional benefits and any other remedies available to Allum under these Terms or applicable law.

To access certain features of the Services, including but not limited to placing orders, tracking shipments, managing wishlists, saving addresses, participating in promotional programs, receiving personalized recommendations, accessing loyalty benefits or utilizing other account-specific features, you may be required to create and maintain a registered user account ("Account"). Creating an Account is voluntary; however, certain Services may not be available without successful registration.

By registering an Account with Allum, you represent and warrant that all information submitted during the registration process is true, accurate, complete, current and belongs to you or has been lawfully provided with the necessary authorization. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, mobile number, billing information, shipping address, date of birth (where required) and any additional information requested during registration or account verification.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information whenever necessary to ensure that it remains accurate and complete. Failure to provide or maintain accurate information may result in delayed deliveries, unsuccessful transactions, inability to access certain Services, suspension of your Account or cancellation of pending orders.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, one-time passwords (OTPs), verification codes, authentication devices and any other security mechanisms associated with your Account. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party or permit any unauthorized individual to access or use your Account.

All activities conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been performed by you unless otherwise required by applicable law. Accordingly, you accept full responsibility for all purchases, transactions, communications, reviews, submissions and other activities carried out using your Account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access, security breach, misuse or compromise of your Account, you must notify Allum immediately through the appropriate customer support channels. Until such notification is received and appropriate action is taken, you remain responsible for activities conducted through your Account.

You agree that Allum may use your registered contact information, including your email address, mobile number or other communication methods, to send transactional communications, order confirmations, shipping updates, security notifications, account verification requests, service announcements, legal notices and other communications necessary for the operation of the Services. Subject to applicable law and your communication preferences, Allum may also send promotional offers, newsletters, product recommendations and marketing communications, from which you may opt out where legally permitted.

Each Account is intended for use by a single individual or authorized legal entity. You agree not to sell, transfer, assign, rent, lease, sublicense, share or otherwise permit another person to use your Account without the prior written consent of Allum. Shared, fraudulent or unauthorized Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.

Allum reserves the right to implement identity verification procedures at any time. Such verification may include confirming your email address, verifying your mobile number through OTP authentication, requesting government-issued identification, payment verification, proof of address or any other documentation reasonably necessary to verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations or protect the integrity of the Services. Your failure to successfully complete any required verification process may result in restrictions on your Account or denial of access to certain Services.

You agree not to create multiple Accounts for the purpose of abusing promotional offers, circumventing purchase limits, manipulating loyalty programs, avoiding previous suspensions, engaging in fraudulent activities or otherwise violating these Terms. Allum reserves the right to merge, suspend, restrict or permanently terminate duplicate or fraudulent Accounts at its sole discretion.

You further agree that you shall not:

• Register an Account using false, misleading or fictitious information.
• Impersonate another individual, business, public authority or organization.
• Use another person's email address, phone number, payment method or identity without authorization.
• Create Accounts through automated scripts, bots, scraping tools or any unauthorized means.
• Use the Services to conduct fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful or abusive activities.
• Attempt to bypass account security measures or gain unauthorized access to other user Accounts or Allum systems.

Allum reserves the absolute right to refuse registration, suspend access, impose limitations, require additional verification or permanently terminate any Account where it reasonably believes that:

• The Account contains false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorized activities have occurred.
• These Terms or applicable laws have been violated.
• The Account poses a security, legal or operational risk.
• Continued access may adversely affect Allum, its customers, partners, employees or business operations.

Termination or suspension of an Account shall not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations, contractual responsibilities or liabilities incurred before the effective date of such suspension or termination. Allum may also retain certain Account information following termination where required to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain business records or protect its legitimate legal interests.

You may choose to close your Account at any time by contacting Allum's customer support or by using any account deletion functionality made available through the Services. Closure of your Account does not automatically cancel pending orders, refund completed purchases, remove legal obligations or eliminate records that Allum is required to retain under applicable law.

By creating and maintaining an Account, you acknowledge that your continued access to the Services is a privilege and not a guaranteed right. Allum reserves the right to modify Account features, introduce additional security measures, require periodic verification or revise registration requirements at any time in order to enhance user security, comply with legal obligations, improve platform functionality or protect the integrity of the Services.

Allum strives to provide an exceptional shopping experience by offering high-quality fashion apparel, accessories, lifestyle products and related merchandise through its Services. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product information is accurate, complete and up to date, all products displayed on our Services are subject to availability, inventory limitations, supplier constraints, manufacturing changes, quality inspections, seasonal collections and other operational factors.

The display of any product on the Services constitutes an invitation to purchase and shall not be interpreted as a binding offer by Allum to sell such product. The placement of an order by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase, which shall become binding only upon acceptance by Allum in accordance with these Terms.

Product descriptions, specifications, materials, colors, sizing information, care instructions, dimensions, weight, availability, pricing, promotional details and other information are provided for informational purposes only. Although Allum endeavors to ensure the accuracy of such information, typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, supplier-provided inaccuracies or inadvertent omissions may occasionally occur. Allum reserves the right to correct such errors at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

Product images displayed on the Services are intended solely for illustrative purposes. While we strive to accurately represent the appearance of each product, actual colors, textures, patterns, stitching, embellishments, prints, finishes and overall appearance may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:

• Device display settings and screen resolution.
• Monitor, smartphone or tablet color calibration.
• Lighting conditions during product photography.
• Image editing or compression.
• Manufacturing variations.
• Fabric dye lots.
• Printing processes.
• Natural characteristics of materials.

Accordingly, Allum does not guarantee that the product received will appear identical to its digital representation on every device.

Fashion products may also exhibit minor variations in measurements, stitching, embroidery, texture, print alignment, button placement, trims, finishing details or other design elements resulting from manual craftsmanship, manufacturing tolerances or production improvements. Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Sizing information provided on the Services is intended as a general guide only. Measurements may differ slightly between collections, manufacturers, fabrics, fits or production batches. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the applicable size chart before placing an order. Allum shall not be responsible for sizing issues arising from incorrect size selection by the customer where accurate sizing information has been provided.

All products offered by Allum are subject to availability at the time of order processing. Inclusion of a product on the Services does not guarantee its continued availability. Products may become unavailable due to inventory depletion, supplier discontinuation, quality control inspections, seasonal transitions, unforeseen demand, manufacturing delays, logistics disruptions, regulatory requirements or other operational circumstances.

Allum reserves the right to discontinue, modify, replace, redesign, update, relaunch, rename or permanently remove any product, collection, category, feature or product line at any time without prior notice. Such actions shall not create any obligation to continue offering a particular product or maintain its availability.

In certain circumstances, inventory discrepancies may occur due to simultaneous purchases, technical synchronization delays, warehouse adjustments, payment verification processes or other operational factors. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Allum may, at its sole discretion:

• Cancel the affected order in whole or in part.
• Offer a comparable or replacement product where appropriate.
• Delay fulfillment until inventory becomes available.
• Issue a full or partial refund for unavailable items.
• Contact the customer regarding available alternatives.

Nothing in these Terms shall obligate Allum to supply products that are unavailable, incorrectly priced or listed due to technical, human or system errors.

Certain products may be offered in limited quantities, exclusive collections, seasonal releases, limited editions, pre-order campaigns, early-access launches, promotional sales or clearance events. Such products may be subject to purchase limits, geographic restrictions, eligibility requirements, invitation-only access or other limitations determined solely by Allum. We reserve the right to restrict quantities purchased by any individual, household, business or Account where reasonably necessary to prevent stockpiling, unauthorized resale, automated purchasing, promotional abuse or unfair purchasing practices.

Allum reserves the right to introduce new products, discontinue existing products, modify product specifications, update designs, improve materials, change packaging, revise branding or implement manufacturing improvements without prior notice, provided that such modifications do not materially misrepresent the product purchased or violate applicable law.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all available product information before completing a purchase. This includes product descriptions, specifications, size charts, care instructions, compatibility information, pricing, applicable taxes, shipping details and any product-specific notices or warnings. Failure to review such information shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, exchange or compensation except as otherwise provided under applicable law or Allum's published policies.

Allum reserves the right to refuse the sale of any product, limit purchase quantities, restrict access to specific products, suspend product availability or decline any transaction where it reasonably believes that the purchase may involve fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale, commercial exploitation, abuse of promotional offers, violation of these Terms or any conduct that may adversely affect Allum, its customers, suppliers, partners or business operations.

By purchasing products through the Services, you acknowledge that product availability, specifications, appearance, packaging, pricing and related information may change from time to time as part of normal business operations. You further agree that Allum's obligation is limited to supplying products substantially consistent with the product information available at the time your order is accepted, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

All prices displayed on the Services are listed in the applicable local currency unless otherwise expressly stated. Pricing for products may vary based on factors including product category, size, color, collection, promotional campaigns, regional availability, taxes, shipping destination, supplier pricing, seasonal demand and other commercial considerations. Allum reserves the right to determine and modify product prices at its sole discretion.

Prices displayed on the Services are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Such changes may occur due to fluctuations in manufacturing costs, supplier pricing, import duties, taxation, logistics expenses, currency exchange rates, market conditions, promotional campaigns, pricing corrections, technical updates or other business requirements. Any price modification shall apply prospectively and shall not affect orders that have already been accepted by Allum, except where correction of an obvious pricing error is permitted under applicable law.

While Allum makes every reasonable effort to ensure accurate pricing, technical issues, typographical mistakes, system malfunctions, synchronization delays, supplier errors or human errors may occasionally result in incorrect prices being displayed on the Services. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any such error, Allum reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to:

• Correct the pricing error.
• Cancel the affected order before shipment.
• Request confirmation from the customer before processing the order at the correct price.
• Issue a full refund where payment has already been received.
• Decline fulfillment where honoring the incorrect price would result in a material error or financial loss.

Nothing in these Terms obligates Allum to honor prices that are clearly erroneous, fraudulent or the result of technical malfunction.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on the laws of the jurisdiction in which the customer is located. Where required by applicable law, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, customs duties, import duties or other governmental charges shall be calculated and displayed during checkout or otherwise included in the final purchase price. Customers remain solely responsible for any customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, local taxes or regulatory fees imposed by authorities in the destination country that are not collected by Allum during checkout.

Shipping charges, handling fees, packaging charges, gift wrapping fees, express delivery charges, insurance fees, convenience fees or any other applicable service charges shall be clearly communicated during the checkout process before the customer completes payment. Such charges may vary depending on the shipping method selected, delivery location, order value, product category, promotional offers or other applicable conditions.

Payment for purchases must be made using one of the payment methods accepted by Allum at the time of checkout. Accepted payment methods may include, but are not limited to:

• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets
• Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services
• Gift Cards
• Store Credits
• Cash on Delivery (where available)
• Other payment methods introduced from time to time

Availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on the customer's location, device, order value, product category, applicable regulations or payment service provider requirements.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment details provided are accurate, complete, current and lawfully obtained. You agree not to use stolen payment instruments, unauthorized payment credentials, fraudulent financial information or any payment method belonging to another person without their express authorization.

All payment transactions are processed through independent third-party payment processors, financial institutions, banks, payment gateways and related service providers. Allum does not store complete payment card details unless expressly stated and permitted by applicable law. The processing, authorization and security of payment information are governed by the terms, privacy policies and security practices of the respective payment service providers.

Payment authorization does not constitute acceptance of an order. Even after successful payment authorization or payment capture, Allum reserves the right to reject, cancel or refuse an order in accordance with these Terms, including but not limited to situations involving inventory unavailability, suspected fraud, payment verification failures, legal restrictions, pricing errors, policy violations or other operational considerations. Where payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

Certain payment methods may require additional verification procedures, including One-Time Passwords (OTP), 3D Secure authentication, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, identity confirmation, billing address verification, fraud screening or other security measures imposed by payment providers or financial institutions. You agree to cooperate with such verification procedures as a condition of completing your transaction.

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), Allum reserves the right to impose additional eligibility requirements, order value limitations, serviceability restrictions, advance confirmation procedures or verification requirements. Excessive order cancellations, repeated refusal of COD deliveries, fraudulent ordering behavior or misuse of COD services may result in permanent removal of COD eligibility for your Account.

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, loyalty rewards, referral credits, store credits, gift vouchers or other promotional benefits may be applied only in accordance with their respective terms and conditions. Such benefits:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
• May have expiration dates.
• May not be combined with certain other promotions.
• May apply only to eligible products or categories.
• May be revoked in cases of fraud, misuse or policy violations.
• Remain subject to verification before final order acceptance.

If any payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, declined after authorization, reported as fraudulent or otherwise fails to settle successfully, Allum reserves the right to suspend order fulfillment, recover outstanding amounts, restrict future purchases, suspend or terminate the associated Account, initiate recovery proceedings where legally permitted or pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.

Invoices, receipts, tax invoices and payment confirmations shall generally be issued electronically and made available through the registered email address, customer account or other digital means determined by Allum. Allum reserves the right to introduce, discontinue, modify or restrict payment methods, pricing models, taxes, fees, financing options, promotional pricing, subscription billing, installment payment options or other payment-related features at any time in accordance with applicable law and business requirements.

By completing a purchase through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for paying all applicable charges associated with your order, including product prices, taxes, shipping fees, customs charges (where applicable) and any additional amounts disclosed during checkout. You further authorize Allum and its payment service providers to process the selected payment method for the total amount due in connection with your purchase.

Allum reserves the right to split an order into multiple shipments where operationally necessary. Allum reserves the right to suspend, delay or refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly cancel confirmed orders without reasonable cause, abuse promotional offers, refuse Cash on Delivery shipments, engage in fraudulent payment activities, submit false claims, manipulate return processes or otherwise misuse the Services.

Nothing contained within these Terms shall require Allum to fulfill an order that cannot reasonably be completed due to inventory shortages, legal restrictions, supplier issues, payment failures, force majeure events, technical malfunctions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery dates displayed on the Services are estimates only and shall not constitute guaranteed delivery deadlines. Allum shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters.
• Floods, earthquakes, fires or other force majeure events.
• Public holidays.

• Customs inspections or import procedures.
• Transportation disruptions.

Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, inaccessible premises, failure to provide required verification or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to Allum. By placing an order through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that shipping and delivery timelines are estimates, that fulfillment remains subject to operational and logistical factors and that Allum shall not be liable for reasonable delays, failed deliveries arising from customer-provided information or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Inspection

Reservation of Rights

Allum recognizes that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. The ability to request cancellation does not guarantee that a cancellation will be accepted.

Orders may generally be cancelled only before they enter processing, quality inspection, packaging, fulfillment or shipment. Once an order has progressed beyond these stages, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product may have already been allocated, packed or handed over to a logistics partner for delivery.

Customers may submit cancellation requests through their Allum account, customer support channels or any other cancellation mechanism made available through the Services. Submission of a cancellation request shall not automatically result in cancellation. All cancellation requests remain subject to review and confirmation by Allum.

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, the order shall be cancelled and any eligible payment received shall be refunded in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method, banking institution, payment gateway or financial service provider involved.

Where an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers may be required to receive the shipment first and thereafter request a return, exchange or refund in accordance with the applicable Return & Refund Policy, if the product qualifies for such remedies.

Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation after an order has been placed. These may include, without limitation:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Made-to-order products.
• Products manufactured specifically for the customer.
• Limited edition or exclusive collections.

Examples of cancellation abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Repeated placement and cancellation of orders without genuine intent to purchase.
• Frequent refusal to accept Cash on Delivery shipments.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass cancellation restrictions.
• Cancelling orders to manipulate pricing or promotional offers.
• Interfering with inventory availability for other customers.
• Using automated tools or bots to reserve inventory through repeated cancellations.

Where such behavior is identified, Allum may, at its sole discretion:

• Restrict cancellation privileges.
• Disable Cash on Delivery eligibility.
• Limit future purchases.
• Require prepaid payment methods.
• Suspend promotional benefits.
• Temporarily suspend the customer account.
• Permanently terminate the account in cases of serious or repeated abuse.
• Take any additional action reasonably necessary to protect the Services.

Allum reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time before delivery where reasonably necessary. Circumstances in which Allum may cancel an order include, but are not limited to:

• Product unavailability.
• Inventory discrepancies.
• Manufacturing or supplier issues.
• Quality control failures.
• Payment authorization failure.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Pricing or technical errors.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Government regulations or legal restrictions.
• Customs or export compliance requirements.
• Force majeure events.
• Operational or logistical constraints.
• Security concerns affecting the transaction.

Where Allum cancels an order after payment has been successfully received, the customer shall be entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid for the cancelled portion of the order, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

If only part of an order is cancelled due to product unavailability or operational reasons, the remaining eligible items may continue to be processed and shipped separately. In such cases, refunds shall apply only to the cancelled products unless otherwise required by law.

Cancellation of an order shall not relieve the customer of any obligations arising prior to cancellation, including responsibility for fraudulent transactions, payment disputes, chargebacks, policy violations or any other liability incurred before the cancellation became effective.

Legal Defense

Where a claim subject to indemnification arises, Allum reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Select legal counsel.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Participate in legal proceedings.
• Conduct investigations.

You agree to provide reasonable cooperation, documentation, information, testimony and assistance necessary for the defense or resolution of such claims.

You shall not settle any claim affecting Allum or any Indemnified Party without Allum's prior written consent where such settlement imposes obligations, admissions, liabilities or restrictions upon Allum.

Recovery of Costs

Your indemnification obligations include reimbursement for all reasonable costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties, including but not limited to:

• Court costs.
• Arbitration costs.
• Investigation expenses.
• Legal fees.
• Expert witness fees.
• Consultant fees.
• Settlement amounts.
• Administrative penalties.
• Regulatory fines where attributable to your conduct.
• Internal investigation costs.
• Collection expenses.
• Enforcement costs.

Such reimbursement shall apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Continuing Obligations

Your indemnification obligations shall survive:

• Termination of your account.
• Completion of purchases.
• Cancellation of orders.
• Return or exchange of products.
• Expiration of promotional campaigns.
• Termination of these Terms.
• Discontinuation of the Services.

The termination of your relationship with Allum shall not release you from liabilities arising before such termination.

Limitation

Nothing contained within this Section shall require you to indemnify Allum for claims arising solely from:

Reservation of Rights

The rights provided herein are cumulative and shall not limit any other contractual, statutory or common law remedies available to Allum.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you shall indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from claims arising out of your actions, omissions, violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct or infringement of third-party rights, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, together with all policies, notices and agreements incorporated by reference, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, without regard to any conflict of law principles that might otherwise require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), where otherwise applicable, is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Services, infringement of intellectual property rights, misuse of confidential information, unauthorized access to systems or other violations of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to Allum for which monetary damages alone may be inadequate.

Accordingly, Allum shall be entitled to seek temporary, interim, preliminary or permanent injunctive relief, specific performance or other equitable remedies before any court of competent jurisdiction, in addition to any other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.

Severability of Disputes

If any provision of this Dispute Resolution Section is determined by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
